I have been taking lessons with Aaron for about a year now and he has been a great teacher.

I had been playing guitar a bit by myself for a few years, but found that I hit a roadblock and wasn't really improving. I found myself working very hard to memorize a song, and then eventually forget it over time. I realized that I really had no understanding of the music behind what I was playing so I reached out to Aaron to help me further develop my guitar skills.

Aaron is a chill guy and was immediate receptive to my desire to understand the theory behind music. He is extremely knowledgeable about music theory and many different music styles. He helped create a lesson plan around my interests and since then I have learned things that I never though I would ever be able to do such as improvisation, ear training, and sweep picking.

Thanks to Aaron, I now have a fundamental understanding of the theory and technique of both guitar and music in general. He has rekindled my love of guitar and I find myself picking up new songs much faster and remembering them must longer. I highly recommend Aaron to anyone looking to improve their guitar skills.
